Ning’s Cake offers delivery services within selected areas in Klang Valley, subject to availability.

Delivery fees and available time slots will be displayed at checkout. Customers are advised to ensure someone is available to receive the order during the selected delivery window.

Due to the nature of fresh food products, delivery delays caused by traffic conditions, weather, or third-party delivery partners may occur. Ning’s Cake will make reasonable efforts to inform customers of any delays.

Once the order has been successfully delivered or collected, Ning’s Cake will not be responsible for any damage caused by improper handling or storage.
