Can I customize a cake?

Yes of course ! For customization please WhatsApp us at 012-534 0093, order must be placed at least 5 days in advanced depends on our slot availability.

How long can I keep my cake?

We suggest to consume within 48 hours upon collection.

Where should I store my cake?

We strongly advise to store inside chiller or refrigerator, keep away from direct sunlight or any hot environment.

Do you have store to walk in?

Temporary we do not accept any walk-in order, all cake must be placed order through website or WhatsApp only.

Can I get refund if want to cancel order?

Payment is not refundable if customer cancel order after the confirmation. However we can keep the balance as a credit for next purchase. 

Is your cake Halal ?

We do not have Halal cert but our products do not contain any non-halal ingredients.
