DELIVERY POLICY
- Delivery available within KL & Selangor only by Lalamove car
- Delivery will be arranged based on your selected time slot only
- Drivers will not enter malls or shoplots (Please collect at drop-off point)
- Please ensure someone is available to personally receive the cake upon delivery
- Kindly do not request the driver to leave the cake unattended (e.g. gate, guardhouse, floor, etc.)
- For exact timing needed, customer may arrange own driver
- Please provide Order Number during collection
If damage occurs during delivery:
- Contact us immediately with photo proof
- We will assist in claiming from delivery partner / lalamove
SELF-PICKUP POLICY
- Orders can be collected from:
Sri Petaling HQ or Subang SS15 outlet - RM5 will be applied for specific item if to pick up at Subang SS15
• Cake Collection Hours:
- Sri Petaling: 11am – 5pm
- Subang SS15: 11am – 8pm
- If collection is missed, order will be available for pickup the next operation day
- Please mention your Order Number during collection
- We strongly recommend using car instead of motorbike
- Once collected, cake condition is under customer responsibility
CHANGES & CANCELLATION
- RM5 fee applies for any order changes (including designs /date /details)
- 50% of total amount will be charged for cancellations
- Refunds are issued as store credit / voucher form only
