DELIVERY POLICY 

  • Delivery available within KL & Selangor only by Lalamove car
  • Delivery will be arranged based on your selected time slot only
  • Drivers will not enter malls or shoplots (Please collect at drop-off point)
  • Please ensure someone is available to personally receive the cake upon delivery
  • Kindly do not request the driver to leave the cake unattended (e.g. gate, guardhouse, floor, etc.)
  • For exact timing needed, customer may arrange own driver
  • Please provide Order Number during collection

If damage occurs during delivery:

  • Contact us immediately with photo proof
  • We will assist in claiming from delivery partner / lalamove

SELF-PICKUP POLICY

  • Orders can be collected from:
    Sri Petaling HQ or Subang SS15 outlet

• Cake Collection Hours:
- Sri Petaling: 11am – 5pm
- Subang SS15: 12pm – 8pm

  •  If collection is missed, order will be available for pickup the next operation day
  • Please mention your Order Number during collection
  • We strongly recommend using car instead of motorbike
  • Once collected, cake condition is under customer responsibility

CHANGES & CANCELLATION

  • RM5 fee applies for any order changes (including designs /date /details)
  • 50% of total amount will be charged for cancellations
  • Refunds are issued as store credit / voucher form only
