DELIVERY POLICY 

  • Additional RM5 will be charged for any amendment of order (delivery date / collection date / shipping option / cake details etc)
  • 50% of total amount will be charged for cancellation.
  • Delivery arrangement is only available within KL & Selangor.
  • Take note that driver will not send into any shoplot/restaurant in shopping mall, please collect the cake at dropoff point from driver.
  • We are using Lalamove car service for the delivery.
  • We will arrange delivery according to the time slot that customer chose , customer can self arrange car driver to collect on behalf if required a specific delivery time 
  • Please inform driver the ORDER NUMBER for cake collection 
  • If there is any damage during the transportation process, the customer shall contact us immediately and show us the proof of damage, we will give feedback and try to claim the compensation of the damage from the delivery service company

SELF-PICKUP POLICY

  • Additional RM5 will be charged for any amendment of orders (delivery date / collection date / shipping option / cake details etc)

  • all order place from website can be collected from SRI PETALING HQ or SUBANG JAYA SS15 OUTLET (RM5 may be applied for specific item if request pick up from Subang SS15)
  • Sri Petaling HQ close at 5pm / Subang Jaya SS15 outlet close at 8pm
  • cake order that didn't collect before store close will be considered to collect in the next day
  • Please mention ORDER NUMBER for cake collection 
  • Strongly advise to arrange CAR instead of motorbike for cake delivery, we don't take any responsiblity for the cake condition in the delivery process.
